PRS Recruitment Solutions Ltd requires a full-time Sales Rep to work at our client’s very busy operation based in Fareham , which specialise in the distribution of commercial flooring and stair accessory products to customers across the South of England.
The Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for all sales activities within a designated territory, focusing on promoting, selling, and supporting the Company’s range of stocked and non-stocked flooring products. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, strategic sales planning, and delivering excellent after-sales service. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is central to this position.
You will be working in a hybrid role, and will be required to attend head office once every 2 weeks for review

Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience, Flooring experience advantage but not required
Possess excellent communication Skills
Develop and implement sales plans & strategies
Be numerate and literate
Have excellent PC Skills
Hold a full UK driving licence
