PRS Recruitment Solutions are looking for additional refuse loaders to work from their clients depot based in Dorking, these will be full-time roles once a 8-12 week trial period has been successfully completed. Interviews & Induction will take place on Monday 5th January at 07:30 am.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday between 06:30 am to 3.00 pm
- Weekly Pay
- £13.23 ph – Overtime also available
- Bank Holidays paid at Treble Time
You will be working as part of a 3 man team servicing residential households
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to collect waste/refuse and garden waste in and around the Borough of Mole Valley
- To collect waste/refuse from residential properties as directed
- Ensure all requests for additional work and missed bins are completed and recorded
- To act as a reversing assistant in the safe operation of the vehicle, when required
Person Specification:
- Fitness, health, and mobility
- A good timekeeper
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Be a team-player
- Be able to operate mechanical equipment, after instruction
- Good customer service skills
