Job description
Our client is looking for an additional refuse loader, to work from their depot based in Guildford on a long-term contract.
- Working as part of a 3 Man crew
- Working hours are Monday to Friday between 06:30 am to 2:00 pm
- Weekly Pay – Overtime is also available
- £12.21 ph. Rising to £12.44 after 12 weeks
- You will be part of a team servicing residential households
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to collect waste/refuse and garden waste in and around the areas
- To collect waste/refuse from residential properties as directed
- Ensure all requests for additional work and missed bins are completed and recorded
- To act as a reversing assistant in the safe operation of the vehicle, when required
Person Specification:
- Fitness, health, and mobility
- A good timekeeper
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Be a team-player
- Be able to operate mechanical equipment, after instruction
- Good customer service skills
