Premier Recruitment Solutions require a Car Park Cleaning Operative to start as soon as possible for our client based in Guildford, who is looking to employ the right person on a long-term contract, with a permanent position being offered after a successful 13-week trial period for their very busy operation.
The Role :
- Litter picking & emptying of rubbish bins
- Sweeping, mopping lift floors and cleaning walls
- Sweeping, mopping & scrubbing stairs and stairwells
- Sweeping ramps and kerbs
- Cleaning pay & ticket machines
- Cleaning barriers & stair rails
- Dusting off cobwebs on lights, joists and walls
- Sweeping car park decks edges/corners manually
- Sweeping car park decks with use of electric sweepers
- Scrubbing of car park decks with use of electric scrubber driers
- Cleaning/maintenance of scrubber driers & electric sweepers
- Mopping oil spillages, faeces & urine
- Cleaning doors, signs and windows
- Sanitising pay & ticket machines, lift buttons, door handles & rails
- Gardening (includes weeding, cutting brambles & bushes)
- Removing and or painting over graffiti
- Clearing up after Pigeons both manually & with the use of scrubber driers
- Pressure washing ramps & ledges
- Gritting of car parks in icy/snowy conditions
- Vacuuming Office floors, Cleaning office toilets & Mess Room
- Occasionally drive caged pickup (when required)
The Package:
- £12.21ph
- Monday – Thursday 06:30am – 2:30pm, Friday 06:30am – 2pm
- up to 28 paid holiday
- onsite parking
Requirements :
- Full UK Driving Licence required with no more than 6 penalty points
