There is potential for this role to go permanent after succesful completion of a probationary period.
Duties & Resonsibilities – General Admin Role:
- Supporting of office administration on sites to ensure effective and efficient administration is provided.
- Maintaining the 7 steps filing system and keeping it up to date, including data management in the form of archiving and retrieval of files so that documents can be found quickly and easily when required.
- Creating purchase orders and accrual management.
- Responsible for maintaining all stock including uniform, stationary and other provisions required for the office.
- Fleet admin support as and when needed keeping fleet system up to date with holidays and sickness.
- Provision of administrative support to management team and supervisors.
- Filing of all FTEs and agency paperwork.
- Coordinate office activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Carry out any other reasonable job-related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities – Payroll / Staff
- Liaising with supervisors and Agencies to get staff in as and when needed.
- Managing and resolving both FTE and contract staff queries i.e., timesheets management, and resourcing functions including on boarding new staff and processing staff off the system.
- Administering payroll daily.
- Managing staff training files online.
- Maintaining holiday and sickness files.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental supervisors.
- Planning, monitoring and control of all resources needed to be able to forecast resources
Hours & Pay
- Monday – Friday
- 08:00 to 16.00 (40 hour week)
- £14.78 per hour
- 28 days Holiday
