We are seeking reliable and motivated AM shift Warehouse Loaders to join our team. This role involves assisting with the efficient loading and unloading of materials, ensuring smooth warehouse operations during the morning shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and experience in warehouse environments. Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring accurate handling of materials.
- Handle materials carefully, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain organisation within the warehouse, keeping work areas clean and tidy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during the morning shift hours.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
