We are seeking a dedicated Production/Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient assembly, handling materials, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess practical skills in mechanical tasks and be comfortable working with production machinery. Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products using production machines, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Print background would be extremely advantageous.
- Support the loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support production processes by preparing materials and components as required.
- Follow detailed instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly work/Print background is desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
