Details | PRS Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a PART TIME HR Manager based in Crawley.
Must have strong experience within HR, and flexible on working hours. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual. Recruitment and Onboarding – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. – Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution to promote a positive work environment. – Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance team morale. Policy Development and Compliance – Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements. – Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations. Performance Management – Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees. – Support the development of training and development plans for employees. Benefits Administration – Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension, and other perks. – Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries. HR Administration – Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. – Prepare HR reports and metrics for management as needed. Qualifications – Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. – In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. – Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. – Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. – Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
