Job description
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively responding to customer inquiries and concerns
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and resolve any issues
– Analyze customer accounts and financial information to provide accurate and personalized assistance
– CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
-Returns Processing & Aftersales Care
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
– Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
