Details | PRS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is looking for a Credit Controller to work at our client’s busy operation based within the Brighton area, which specialises in distributing commercial flooring and stair accessory products to customers across London & the South East. We are looking for someone who has great customer service experience, ideally face to face, along side having proven work experience within Credit Control.
The Role: Customer facing role Managing the day-day running of the aged debt Dealing with Customer invoice queries Allocation of Customer payments Taking credit card payments Opening new accounts & checking credit history Chasing up overdue accounts Posting / emailing customer invoices & statements Working hours 08.00 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday The Package: 31 Days Holiday including bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown Requirements: Previous Credit Control experience Previous Customer Service experience preferably face to face Possess excellent communication Skills Essential Behaviours: Act in a calm and professional manner at all times If you are interested in applying for this position and have experience in all required skills please apply today!
